Review Of HOTEL RAILIES

My overall experience was below average. The room and corridor had an unpleasant smell, and the bed covers were dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room service was quite poor and not responsive. The AC was very old and didn’t cool properly. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff behaved politely and tried to assist wherever possible. However, the hotel definitely needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality to offer a better guest experience.

Room was Ok, but there was a cigarette essence coming from the room since we checked in. So adequately Room freshners should be used before handing a check in customer. Otherwise staff at reception was quite quick and co-operative.

Hotel was just a I expected, rooms were clear and luxurious. Staff was a bit unpleasant to talk to but overall I liked this hotel. Parking space is not provided by the hotel. But I liked this hotel so much.

The stay was pleasent, the room was spacious, clean and the room sevice was prompt. Overall was a comfortable stay.

Value for money. Location is good. Clean linens. Amazing food. Nice staff. Very near to railway station.

The deluxe room is not worth according to the price. The washroom stinks. Food was good. staff was good as well..

Toilet is dirty. Room key doesn’t work. Every time i go out of room, i have to go to reception and ask the receptionist for key, he won’t give room key, then receptionist come along up to the room and opens the room. Every time. Imagine i have room in 2nd floor, and then if go out of the room, then i have to go to ground floor reception, then the receptionist will open the room with master key but won’t provide room key. Extra frustrating

Room was not clean. Bed sheet were not clean. Smoking waste was present below bed. Mirrow was dirty.

I got the hotel location and reviews from mmt, but the room standard was not upto mark. Especially the washroom was not okay as it doesn't have any hooks or bars for hanging clothes while having a bath. Also the ac was also not going great with the remote not working.

Please don't go anyone in this hotel because this hotel service and room and restaurant all this are quality is so bad.

Nice reception at hotel, the receptionist was very polite & nice to talk. Rooms very nice clean and cozy, staff very prompt. The roof top food court was excellent. Food tasty & delicious. Only stay/dormitory for driver was not there in hotel. Rest all no. 1.
