Location is prominent i ordered tea. It was average property was old but maintenance was very good. Ac was very powerful staff service was very prompt and polite. I shall repeat the stay with rainbow hotel.

Room Ac not working and getting off automatically. Checked with receptionist staff no Concrete reply…. Washroom too dirty broken taps

Pros: rooms & bathroom were clean. Service is good. Cheap. Good for family and location is very close to railway station. Cons: external view is pathetic. Entrance is pathetic. . No space for parking. Lift is common and 7-9 th floor are hotel rooms. . No food available towels are torned. And very rustic. Some bedsheets are has stains. Ac is always at one temp. Some rooms ac is not good

The check in was a hassle due to a small issue of booking name which could have been resolved but the manager was very rude & insulting. I had to take the help of myt executive to do so. Rooms are old & not good. Room was booked with breakfast but no one offered or asked my guest to take breakfast or the place it could be taken. Best to avoid this place. The manager was eager for me to cancel the booking done with myt, i think we should oblige him & not do any bookings.
