Clean neat bed sheets quilt and pillows staff is very cooperative over all nice Hotel. They should at least get oiling done in hinges of doors and take care of windows

Hotel Raj is located at a convenient location, near the Railway station and easily accessible to all parts of Lucknow city. The hotel interiors did have a bit of dated look though while I was staying, the hotel was undergoing some renovation work and hence some amenities occasionally didn't work. However the staff really helped to ensure that I had a good comfortable stay. Finally, the room service was good, spot on and the food served (especially breakfast) was really fresh and tasty.

Excellent clean rooms !! Location is in center of the city .. Easy conveyance available a cheap cost. Pleasing and helpful staff ... Prompt room service ... Great food - specially - 'Chicken Kali Mirch' and 'Chicken Khada Masala' Definitely better than any other hotel in this area.

Hotel facility is very good. And staff is also cooperative. Value for money. Easily access to any where in city. Cleanliness is up to the mark. 24 hours check out facility. Awesome deal for visitors.

Location is very good. Room are well maintained by hotel management. Dealing of staff is awesome. I feel like home atmousfare in the hotel. Bedding furniture and others things maintained properly. Nice stay and budget hotel.

Rooms were in good condition in spite of some mosquitoes. Loved the location as it was near main market, Hazrat Ganj and near to famous Tundey Kababi and it was easy to approach as city station is just 2 km away from it.

Very friendly staff. The chef personally visited the room to understand clearly what way the food to be made as I could not express properly over telephone due language barriers he prepared a wonderful meal.
