Terrible Stay

The hotel provided accommodation which was generally charged rs per night, they had no idea of my booking, the ac was not effective. Room and surroundings of the hotel had very filthy smell. Hot water available on demand. Mosquitoes made it terrible to sleep, however repellent was provided on demand. In no way this hotel had any class to be booked. Bitter experience. Thanks

Please do not book this hotel. This is going to be a little long and honest review so if you don't have time to read then the conclusion is don't book this hotel but if you can spend 2-3 mins of your time before spending your hard earned money, then please bear with me. Okay, so i booked this hotel for a day trip. The check in time was 12pm but i needed this room little early so i had called it in 2 days advance if it is possible for early check in. The guy said come to the hotel n then we will talk. For 2 hrs early check in, he asked 500 extra but settled on 250 (didn't take payment as it was his personal income. So far so good. When i entered the room, though the room was okay, manageable but washroom was really really bad. For a room charging per day, in a tier 2 city like ranchi, it should have been pretty good but check out the pictures i have attached, it looks like a dharamshala ka washroom. hand spray for toilet is way too far which you can't even use. The tap nons were loose. Since i was in a rush in the morning, i didn't say much but when i returned late in the evening i complained for it and the receptionist said we will check and one guy came, just saw and then left. He did nothing. Moreover, this same receptionist, in his early 40s mostly, constantly talked in a rude manner whenever i had a conversation with him. They don't even provide any toiletries or towel or anything, just one rs. 5 small soap. Pathetic experience overall. Don't go with the overall rating of 4. 6, the experience was not at all worth it. I could have given negative if i had an option. If you are still reading this, thanks for staying till here. I hope you find a good stay at ranchi.
