Terrible Stay

Hotel not provided gst bill. After checkout properly, hotel called and checked my luggage in market but not found his belongings (towel. Extreme bad behaviour. At the time of checkout, hotel boy was also informed. Yet all other services were excellent including dinner.

Dear Sir/Mam The bill has been sent to MakeMy Trip as per the instructions of MakeMy Trip. The customer did not say anything about the bill. If the customer had asked for the bill, we would have definitely given it to him. After check out the hotel, the staff checked the room and found that there was no towel. For this reason, the staff stopped the customer's outside the hotel and requested him to please check his luggage once if the towel has come by mistake. All this happened without the knowledge of the manager. We apologize for this. We have changed the staff. Regards Hotel Raj Mahal

Excellent Stay

Superb hospitality, experienced staff. Reception area and lobby were amazingly organised. Room was clean, room service was on time. Food was good and tasty. Unable to find single negative thing. Probably "best hotel in the city.

Negatives not so running hotel. Less staff, poor hospitality and we were the only guest staying in that property. Positives food was good. Rightly located
