Stay was good staff was very nice location near by harkipodi and Manasa devi ticket counter room so clean I am very happy

Basic ammenities are not up to mark, location is not on the road, we did not try the food. Services needs to be improved

Great but no vehicles
Property is near Mansa devi Ropeway and har ki Pauri But no motorised or electric vehicles are allowed to the hotel. Any vehicle would drop around 1km from the hotel and from there either you would have to go on foot or by manual rickshaw. Not recommended if you are not Travelling light

Dear Guest, The hotel Is nearest to Har Ki Pauri and being the most prime location and always crowded only rickshaws are permitted by the government authorities hence any one prefer to stay near har ki pauri has the only options or else One has to stay on highways and pay a hefty amount for rickshaw and auto fares till har ki pauri every time u visit from hotel

Hotel stay i very good alll staff very helpful special reception housekeeping all are good. Room is clean and tidy

best hotel in haridwar
very nice good hotel nice rooms and good staff good mattress family suitable Rooms and hotel is good, service good, food is average , but it is situated very congested location to reach

Thank you for the service . Bharti , sonu helped us enjoy and explore more. Other staffs too were very helpful . Nice hotel and food . Parking is. Bit tough and little off from the road . Else everything are fine.

excellent experience, Good behavior and nice service, Stay was perfect, location is good although hotel must need parking elsewhere so that market road will not be required to cross, in food plz lessen spices and mirch so that kids also like it

The experience was very bad. The rooms were not properly clean. The basic amenities like towel, water, etc were missing.

Pleasant Stay. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Adjacent to Ma Manasa Devi Temple gate Ropeway. 300 m distance from Har ki Pauri. Easy access to local bazar. Much Recommended while you are in Haridwar.
