Hotel is very good. Food quality is too good. Service is perfect. Hotel interior is great. Cooling is best. I was with my colleague for business propose due to sales and marketing job. It was really a great experience. Only the location of hotel is in outer area rest things are heat.

Very efficient service. Staff is very quick and food is good. The hotel is located at a place which is perfect for my visit purpose, has a covered parking. The staff is cooperative and the services are up to the mark. It is overall value for money.

I would recommend this hotel though location is little bit far from railway and bus station but overall is recommended. Please take jungle view room that is there is forest research Institute. All is value for money.

Nice hotel but difficult to locate

Visited the hotel in March, 16 and got nice deal from Makemytrip. Room was well-organised. Nice interiors and good service provided by staff. Though google map is not showing its correct location, I had to suffer a bit finding the location at 2300 Hrs. Overall it's very good and one should go to this place.

Anniversary celebration!

We had a nice experience yesterday - 25 the anniversary of my sister. We were welcomed nicely and the place location at the outskirts of the haldwani city, made the venue soothing. The food was tasty and organized well. The suggestion on my part would be - There can be more fun activities and nice music to avoid boredom. My overall experience was good but can work more on music and entertainment, overall I'll rate 3out of 5.

Budget hotel

Nice budget hotel, rooms are clean and tidy, 24 hr hot and cold water, location is good and approachable from the main road. Hotel staff is very friendly, food is excellent but kitchen closes at 10:30 pm which is little early. Overall a very good place to stay.

Situated at best location in Haldwani. Near from railway station as well as bus stand. Having greenery surroundings, Clean and in short we can say it is value for money. Wish to come again and enjoy the services.

Staff is nice and courteous. They need to improve on options of breakfast. Bathrooms need to be periodically checked for slight problems like showers etc. Cleanliness in rooms are good. Powerback is there but is not instant. But it is a nice hotel.

Bathroom condition is very bad There is a crack on toilet seat lid. Tap was not in good condition. Bathroom door lock was not in good condition. It feels like they don't care about the people who opt for Makemytrip offers. They should take care of these amenities.

Hotel is good. Front office is average. However, few of the areas need a big time improvement as had to tackle issues. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to the washroom during their service hours as the water system was not working properly throughout the stay.

Service quality was very poor. Anybody anytime can interrupt in private room. Staff was very keen to know what was going in my room. They tried many times. Staff was behaving very rudely. Please never stay here i advise you. I will never stay in my life
