The stay was very family friendly with the manager saxena ji ensuring that the family was comfortable right from the start. The bell boys also were very attentive and always available for any request.

Nice place. As per what the cost they charge its pretty affordable. The exhaust and the commode seat needed a repair and when the request was put it was done immediately. The staff is friendly and courteous too.

Room was good. Hotel staff was very nice. Room was not so clean. Surrounding market was good. Nearby places were nice. Parking facility is not available. For breakfast lunch and dinner you have to visit other restaurant.

The Hotel is located right inside Bapu Bazar and is very easily accessible. The price is great, the rooms are big and room service is available. The challenge is the property is very old, apparently it looks very shabby and does not have any proper restaurant.

We checked in at 6 Am even though standard check-in time is 12 Pm. So we were asked to check out at 6 Am the next day. Facilities are average. Blankets had stains. Staff did not change it even after requesting for a new blanket. Food was decent. Location is definitely great for shopping and access to local sightseeing places.

The non-AC rooms were dirty, upgraded to AC room which was better. The bedsheets were very dirty, towels were torn and rooms were unkept for. We changed 6 rooms in 2 days till we got a relatively decent one. The manager of the hotel said for so much money what more can you expect. Makemytrip gave me the discount, I didn't choose a cheap room and just because the room is cheap that doesn't mean the room has to be dirty and towels torn.
