Location is very good . Market and railway station is very near. Supporting staff clean and large room. Over all good experience

room was not clean. hotel is packed with windows. no space for air. mirror was broken.

rooms are descent, well managed, staff is co operative,property is at the city center. the car parking is not there

The room was neat and clean. Washroom was also clean. Room service was good. It is located in main market area. So it was convenient.

Staff behaviour not good and mosquito all room cleaning not ok

Worst service, no hygienic environment, rooms so dirty, no hospitality as a hotel, rude behaviour. And if you want anything visit the reception area and request too for any facilities.

The hotel was situated in the centre of the city. It was a good stay, and it was not far from the main temple. Staff behaviour was good.

Window ac was roaring with terrible noise. There is dirty water supply in bathroom. Although other service are good.

Budget hotel near 1km distance from veraval railway station. The bathroom was not clean properly. Improve in house keeping.

The hotel situated at, 3rd floor. It is situated in the city in very crowded area. Hospital and shopping center are adjoined with the hotel. Car parking is issue during day time. However the hotel staff is cooperative. There is no breakfast, lunch and dinner facility offered by hotel.
