The room service was very bad, we had to call them for every service. They didn't changed the bedsheet, a water bottle was not given, the flush was not working in the bathroom, they don't maintain the hygiene. The room was spacious. The staff behaviour was not good. One of the AC was working good and then from the other AC sound was coming continuously. I haven't seen any security guard in the hotel. So overall it was an average stay.

Bathroom in bad condition not clean. Hot water not available. Flushing problem. Bed sheets not clean and smelling to. Buffet breakfast not good only Aloo Puri, so oily. Very bad experience.

Best Hotel on the way historical monuments and in budget. Overall nice stay.

I booked through MMT, with some discounted price for 16 persons of 8 rooms. I booked including breakfast. But they were surprised and was thinking like MMT has done some crime by giving us with this price of arnd low per room including breakfast. So they decided to give only Alu partha to 16 of us. Our booking was for 2 days. 1st day they gave breakfast at around 9.20 pm to our rooms. 2nd day after number if conversation they supplied Alu partha Nd tea at 10.30 am. I asked for 1 hr extension, as our train is at 4.30 pm. But they simply denied they said they can't give a minute extra. The attitude of the owner or may be the head of the staff was really unacceptable. He was thinking that MMT has given us free room. But let me tell you guys that rooms were worth of the amount only. Even bathroom was so small that if you wash your hand on basin, water will certainly fall on our body.
