Ok for the price, not suitable for family they have a friendly staff it's ok for the solo traveller

I had a very comfortable stay there. No disturbance, everything was neat and clean. Food was available.

The main issue of dissatisfaction was the cleanliness of bedsheets and pillows. Wifi was not working, and parking was done on the road. Tea was okay, but there were no facilities of tea cattle in the room as well as breakfast was not available, though the staff was cooperative.

I was given room no. 101 for quite sometime the door lock couldn't open, entering room there is one peculiar smell mostly in the rooms which are having water seepage. There was no water kept in the room during my stay of 23 hours no drinking water was provided. Bed linen was stale dull colour, probably wasn't cleaned by proper laundry, i think managed washing locally. Wash room flush was not flushing properly, lots of stains. Hot water geyser was out of order, i had to take bath in the washroom ment for junior hotel staff, all the way walking from my room to common washroom, besides harrasment. I had to ask for toiletries, not volunteerly kept in wash room towel was true to the linen of the room, very rough white pale colour. There no tv connection from cable, not paid for months i presume. Our all disgusting.

It is my second stay and i am very happy with hotel because now rooms are renovated and services also good with food quality and good support happy with room staff services etc
