Very comfortable stay, early check-in request was accepted. Food was average but service was prompt. The staff was very helpful in the recent event of strike by locals. Will recommend and visit again.

Amazing hotel to stay at. Staff is really welcoming, and to specifically mention house keeping department, went beyond their duty to ensure that our stay goes smoothly. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a good stay.

A pleasant stay in katra

Liked the stay at rama trident. Would recommend it to those who are seeking a simple, clean family hotel with quick and fast service. Staff is professional and courteous. Location is perfect with about 1km away from main katra market giving you option to explore local dhabas and shops on the way.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I am very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. At last but not least, we met the person renu ji dhar (general manager, he is very kind heart-ed & cooperative. He treated us like his own family members.

Comfortable stay at hotel rama

We were at rama trident for one night and had a very comfortable stay the room was spacious, neat and clean. We had breakfast at chilly to vanilla which was tasty and awesome. House keeping manager mr sanjay guided us for the onward journey. Overall good hotel with excellent management

We stayed at the royal triple room. Rooms are spacious with good ventilation. The outside view from windows is very scenic. Breakfast had many options and recommended to include it in your booking. Staff was very supportive and guidance from rohit raj was very helpful for shopping in the local market. The overall experience was very good.

The hotel is at a very convenient location with easy access to the railway station and local market. They provide pickup and drop facilities to the helipad or banganga entry point. Mr. Rohit raj was very helpful in providing services and even the food at the hotel was very nice.
