good Service, room are good. .

Very good response, staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are spacious

Stay was decent, room and staff behaviour was good, hotel is in middle of the market so there was less parking space but overall it was good

The hotel property is situated in the busy market and has spacious rooms. The staff is polite and happy to help if you need anything. Major drawbacks: the cleanliness is not at par with the tier 2 cities. The bedsheet and blankets both had bad smell and visible spots in multiple places. Also the hotel doesn't have lifts so if you are travel-ling with old family members then you may face issues.

As per charges not feel better, bedsheet, pillow cover dirty, i asked regarding but no any responses. No towel available in rooms. A. C not cooling properly.
