Bed mattress was uncomfortable and and the blanket was not that clean...could be more hygienic

The hotel and ambience was good, room space is nice but the service was not satisfied, complimentary breakfast was very nice , parking facility is spacious and it's very near to railway station.. overall experience in the hotel was good

The stay at Rameshwaram grand was pathetic. The room was not maintained or cleaned at all. Also the tiles in the rooms were broken which hurt my daughter and she got a cut in her leg. Also, when informed about the incident to hotel staff, they neglected the issue. The hotel did not even has first aid box which is very basic in the hospitality business. Also the staff was rude and said that you should be thankful that we are offering you the change of room and did not even bother about the fact that my daughter was injured due to their poor management. Also, we complained about the same to make my trip and discussed the issue with Ankit (who refused to give his Employee Id or E mail id and had not provided any confirmation on the complaint). Overall pathetic experience from the hotel and no proper complaint and resolution from Make my trip. This is pathetic and I am going to file this complaint to consumer court

1. AC is leaking water . 2. Room is full of dirts. 3. Smoke smell near room. 4. Breakfast very less items and not tasty .

It was overall a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. The staff was also very good specially Fernandez, Vimal and Ginny.

Hotel rooms were clean but bath rooms are not maintained well. Breakfast was very good and it is very near to railway station is an added convenience

We stayed in Hotel Rameswaram Grand for two nights. It was unfortunate that we had to ask for change in room on arrival as the room given to us was full of dust with window kept open and lot of mosquitoes inside the room, also there was no Tv. On moving to next room, it felt good. However, at midnight, we were terrified to see rodents roaming in the room and this being without any openings in the window, which means the room itself was infested with rodents. Sadly, housekeeping staff are not enough and doesn't clean the corridors often. Also the service in the hotel is slow in the restaurants as well as when we order for room service. Finally to say, the stay was not as per the expectation and it was pathetic. Do not believe the facade of the property. Hope it helps.

Terrible experience, zero hygiene and very old room with dirt. hotel need to upgrade it's block A.

My stay was pleasant overall, but I did notice some cleanliness issues, particularly with the chairs. Additionally, the bathroom lacked towels and a mat. However, I was highly impressed with the comfort of the bed and the quality of the food provided, which truly stood out. For these reasons, I am rating my experience at 4 stars.

It is an average place. The infrastructure is ok. But the upkeep was not there. The sheets were dirty and the floor was full of dust. The breakfast was bland. Overall an average experience for the price.

Had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean. The food was good. Staff were friendly. The reception staff ,Mr. Fernandez and Mr. Bimal were super helpful.
