The guys were great. We were allowed at a very nominal price for early check-in at 2 am. The hotel location was the best in chitrakoot. And they guys also booked an tuktuk / auto for local sightseeing at a reasonable rate. And the night aarthi was just next to hotel on the river. The view from the room facing the river was just superb. And their inhouse food was just ok. Maybe we are south indians. Over 9/10

Lift is not available. Room allotted on second floor. There is no room service. Flush of washroom not repaired till date in spite of complaint raised on first day of occupying the room.

The location is just beside ram ghat but the restaurant and food are not good. You can arrange food from outside vendors.

Hotel viww is v good but food and service are not good total vaste no parking there is problems of vhicle view is very good they need to quality of food and provide best service another light isshu in hotel electricity's are nit available in hotel night time

Not opening hotel gate at night, whereas our train reached at 2:30 am in the night and are booking is already started from previous day and during 2 days stay, they never changed water also in room and there is no phone and tv in the room while they mention in the amenities section, overall very bad experience, no lift and they gave room on 2 nd floor.

Bad experience

Location is good. The hotel management tried to accommodate in substandard room with very dirty bathroom, transparent see through glass window without curtain, wall stained with betel spitting. On protest they accommodate in little better room. We had to run after for every small things. And this was with with many guests. Totally unprofessional approach.

Dirty hotel and very noisy during the night. Unprofessional staff, not friendly and very bad restaurant. Only the location is good. Avoid hotel in my opinion.

The amenities written in mm t i. E. Free public parking is totally wrong information shared. Hotem receptionist told meto park the car in see-ta akadha, which was far approx 1 km from hotel and 100 rs parking for 12 hours. Whe i complaint regarding this to receptionist he told me. Mela chail rhea h is samey free parking n hi h ab k oi aapda aa j ye to kh do ki ye likha h wo likha hai totally rude behaviour.
