A real gem in gondia

I had travel-led to gondia to attend a wedding in the family and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is centrally located in the city and is roughly 2 km from the railway station & bus stand. It has been newly constructed and is impeccable, the rooms are spacious & tastefully done. The hotel staff is also very helpful and takes care of even the smallest needs of the guests. Honestly, the stay was a plea-sent surprise and i didn't expect such a gem in gondia - kudos to the hotel & it's staff

I am very delight stay at ramsewka hotel. All services were par excellence, this was great experience stay at this hotel. Room was good & spacious. Newly opened so everything was clean. Keep it up

I had an excellent stay. Good for both family and business stays. Hotel is newly constructed so everything is squeaky clean. Location is good. Hotel has an in house kitchen as well. There is an excellent restaurant in just the next building. Will recommend to everyone.

Newly constructed hotel in gonda rooms were sanitized & staff was also good only issue with services due to new startups. Tea kit was not available in the room i had asked the receptionist but found no response

1. Room is good. 2. But in winter season room atmosphere is very cold and no any facilities to increase the temperature. 3. In 2500 rs. Tarrif complementary breakfast not available. This is major issue. We stay 2 time and give suggestion for this that according your tariff you not give add breakfast in room tariff. 4. He add fooding bill in room bill. As per as requirements for sprate bill of fooding not provide by hotel reception staff.

Property was good but the service was not, they have to work a lot on their service, food is overpriced and at-least they will take 2 hours for the preparation, so beware

Please see how your driver and caption behave with us at night he is not ready to stop the bus after 50mtr while 110 km points at the ray a cut was 2 times first when flyover start where we need to walk 2 km then when flyover end where we need just walk 50m when i requested to driver stop the bus there he force full told me bus will be stop here. This is reduculus. At morning 4am he was behaving with me like that as i have done a crime and this is my punishment either i have to do this other wise he'll not this i'm a regular traveller 5 times a month from the same location but this kind of behavior can't be accepted. 1. 5km i need to walk because of their bad behaviour
