It was little bit far from Patna junction and food was not good. They don’t allow eateries from outside and they provide average quality food . Service was too slow and food is too expensive . They are charging too much for one 1 litre water bottle is 53₹ .

Dangerous,my child sick in this room
Hotel rooms very dangerous,all rooms not like stay, floor of all rooms very moist.three room change for but all rooms not fit for stable.

The hotel is certainly not a 4 star. The rooms are really small and is not suitable for a couple. Amenities are also not very satisfactory.

Exorbitantly priced food at Room Ser
Exorbitantly priced food at Hotel, Rs 200 for 3 pieces of Rosted papad. Item quantity was huge , portion size was designed for 2+ people. There should be smaller portions available because some people travel for work solo Stay was ok barring water leakage from AC vent on first night. Had my room changed post that. Rooms are good but I never felt this was a 4* hotel.

Disappointing stay in hotel ramta
Mosquitos in the room that will not let you sleep. Moreover in the night there was continuous sound by staff like banging door, and other loud sound that will disturb your sleep. Also tv provided in the room has no recharge, complained to the staff but they couldn't provide resolution. I mean you are charging for room but your can't spend rs 100 on tv recharge. Disappointed
