I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was incredibly attentive and courteous, and the overall experience was excellent. The facilities and services provided exceeded my expectations, making it a pleasant and relaxing visit. I would highly recommend staying here again in the future.

The stay was good so was the amenities but the staffs needs more grooming esp the receptionist ms komal singh she gotta be more customer centric rather keeping herself engrossed with her cell phone. The cost of food was pretty expensive & on top of that we had to pay for the extra bottle of water after the first (small) bottle was finished which was already there in the room before we checked in. It's a request/feedback please include the water in the cost of the room so that the guest don't get billed extra for a basic essential like plain drinking water. If need be remove some of the amenities like the small refrigerator/the digi locker placed in the closet & supply some extra plain drinking water. It was a booking for two but there was only one tooth brush supplied. If the hotel decides to provide something then ask them to provide in adequate number instead of messing around. Anyways it was a nice stay & overall a good experience especially for the room service guy akhilesh i recommend a hike for him. Thank you
