A 3 star hotel canÂ’t be of this standard, it should be -3. Point1: Hotel's corridors really needs maintenance as soon possible. Because there are cracks and moisture/fungus on the walls. 2. There was no light in the corridors, means guests have to walk in dark, and it seems we are on adventurous trip. 3. Rooms are OK, but not up to mark of even 2 star hotel. A hole in the washroom wall. 3. Services of the hotel was very-very poor and it seems management donÂ’t know what hotel means and what is hospitality? 4. Room service, I donÂ’t have words to say anything because it takes minimum 55 minutes after placing order. When I made a complaint, staff excused with answer: "Sir we are very busy, party is going in the Banquet hall!!" 5. We canÂ’t say hotel is in the category of value for money, because hotels much better than this can be available on lower price than this. 6. hotel location is fine, but doesnÂ’t face any photogenic/famous place. 7. Satisfaction: Not satisfied and I will not recommend.
