Bad experience in Hotel Randhawa International

Nice location for the hotel. Big rooms with the proper lighting. Clean washrooms, its a decent place for a quick stay. Staff is cooperative and location is too good. Has a great restaurant. I liked the room and the hygiene overall. If you are here for work purpose and need a place to camp up for the night, this is a good place for the price they offer.

It was quiet at night which is great for sleeping. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were ready to do whatever they could to make us comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and the Hotel manager, Pankaj Sharma was very helpful and kind. I recommend this place. Thank you Pankaj!

It was an excellent stay in the hotel. The staff is very cooperative especially Mr. Ajay Tgakur. He attended me very well and resolved all my queries during at. He is having excellent knowledge with great professional skills to attend guests. Really impressed with him. I wish you great success for you in the future.

Very third class hotel. So dirty. Rooms are so dirty and very smelly. Never stay in this hotel.

The location of Hotel Randhawa is so good because shopping mall and food points are so near from that

This has to take the title of one of worst places I have stayed in. From outside this looks like an awesome property. But the rooms are like ages old. No furniture is in good condition. Musty smell. Cockroaches and beg bugs abound. No hot water in rooms. Property is nice and sprawling but poorly maintained.

Staff is very bad and reception staff behave very bad.

Need to improve the rooms and renovate it all the instruments and furniture were bad.

Every thing was good, satisfied. As it is near celebration mall, u can also enjoy there. Room were nice and tidy.

Most third grade hotel. All interiors and civil work damaged or broken. Curtains seems never cleaned after installation. I wanted to extend my stay but due to very very poor housekeeping i checked out within two hours. I waste my money and important time of rest after 12 hours journey. I could not sleep in such a dirty place.

Room was dirty. Bed was damage and dirty. They didn't issued GST bill.

A 3 star hotel canÂ’t be of this standard, it should be -3. Point1: Hotel's corridors really needs maintenance as soon possible. Because there are cracks and moisture/fungus on the walls. 2. There was no light in the corridors, means guests have to walk in dark, and it seems we are on adventurous trip. 3. Rooms are OK, but not up to mark of even 2 star hotel. A hole in the washroom wall. 3. Services of the hotel was very-very poor and it seems management donÂ’t know what hotel means and what is hospitality? 4. Room service, I donÂ’t have words to say anything because it takes minimum 55 minutes after placing order. When I made a complaint, staff excused with answer: "Sir we are very busy, party is going in the Banquet hall!!" 5. We canÂ’t say hotel is in the category of value for money, because hotels much better than this can be available on lower price than this. 6. hotel location is fine, but doesnÂ’t face any photogenic/famous place. 7. Satisfaction: Not satisfied and I will not recommend.

Bathroom stinks. N difference between Deelxe and luxury rooms other than the TV model. Staff is very friendly. Curtains are full of dust.

Very Poor Service and no maintainence at all. Quality of food was not up to the mark.

Laundry services are not provided daily & depends on the guest load. This can be improvised.
