It is very bad hotels, rooms don’t have proper cleanings, lift not working, no support staff and intercom not working, no support for luggage unloading and loading

my location ( kaila devi temple ) showing in is 750 meter but actually it’s 20 kilometres away from the hotel, next time if your going to booked the hotel pls. Cross check with the goggle map

The room should be available for less than 1000 inr given the rooms are only average. The hotel is located on the outskirts of karauli city and there are no food options available on premise or nearby. I would recommend staying in the city as kala devi temple is the same 25 kms from anywhere in the karauli city. Coming to the hotel itself - there are only 3 ac rooms to choose from. There is no privacy in any of these rooms. 2 rooms are separated by a mere glass window and the light from other room’s bathroom comes straight into your room making it impossible to sleep in the night. The bathroom is extremely small in one of the rooms and full of weird smell. Bathrooms in the other 2 rooms are okay but there is no privacy as there as well as there is open space in the common wall separating the 2 bathrooms. Will not recommend this to anyone. There are other better hotels available in the city to choose from.
