All the staff and manager were good. Kitchen, rooms were really clean. Good cooperative staff. Tasty food.

It was a great stay at hotel ratna palace, great location, really pleasant and clean rooms but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Yummy food too.

Food is very good. Hotel has cleanness also. But it's 15 min walking from beach and service is a bit slow when full rush

Its a new property near the beach. Clean and well maintained. The staff is humble and nice. Food was good.
