The hotel is nicely located, adjacent to forest office and less than 100 mtr, from the bharatpur bird sanctuary main gate (walking distance. Rooms are good, clean. Staff is always smiling with personal touch to your requirement for a homely stay. Veg. Food is good, overall 9 rating.

I'd recommend staying here. It is very close to the sanctuary. You can just walk down the road and it's there. The hotel itself is quite well put together as well. The food is good. Overall, a good experience for sure.

Hotel was good but service was very slow

Location was outskirt. Hotel was good. Room and washroom was specious, clean and very good but the service was very slow. Staff was ok. Food was not good, expensive and unhygienic.

A business trip to Bharatpur

The room was neat and clean. I liked the interior of the room. Also, the washroom was in good condition. Only drawback was the food. They have variety but lacking quality in food.

My room was given to someone else as I was a bit late. They took sometime then to give the room to us. I didn't like this, they should have called me to ask my status before giving it to someone. They should take care of this thing from next time. Else everything was completely fine and loved my stay at the property. It was a very good say there.

Accommodation wise it was good but service was worst

Cleanliness was the best part of the hotel, 5 stars for it. The accommodation, hygiene and all were fine but service was extremely poor. Not at all acceptable. The behavior of the staff was good but not the service. They were not able to maintain the equilibrium of their behavior and service, this tainted my experience.

U had booked super deluxe room, those rooms were too small, i booked the hotel based on the images unhygienic conditions were there, so i cut short my trip by 1 day. And checked out on the very first day.
