No water for taking bath
We thought basic amenities in place. I took one hour to fill a bucket of water to take bath. Out side ambience, restaurant, & other things are good.

Average Stay
Hotel are not worthy with price. Rooms are below average. Outdoor is good. Neat and clean outer area but inside the room will not feel good. I found lizard inside my room. So that's also issue. Variety of food is too less but taste is good. Staff is good and humble supportive. Overall average experience

familyThe property is well maintained and hygienic. Food is good and entire staff is very hospitable and nice. It is located 3-4 kms outside the main city but jaisalmer is a small city and there are not many good hotels inside the main city, so that’s fine and transport is easily available as well. Only small negative is that hot water is available only from 6-10 in morning and evening, so if u wanna have a relaxed morning and want a late shower, that could be challenge. Also prices are a bit high for the quality of property, but that could also be because we went in peak season, so not sure about prices through the year.

familyWe had a mix of experiences at this hotel, i didn’t like their customer service. It’s supposed to be a four star hotel but their biggest drawback is that they hot water only from 6 to 10 in the morning and evening. This was such a problem for us, we checked in at 2 pm and couldn’t take shower as there was no hot water and this was in december, so hot water was really needed. Their staff didn’t do anything special as they committed over phone for our anniversary celebration. This clearly showed that their customer service was pathetic. I would not book this place again as it doesn’t justify the price you pay

familyVery hot water in shower. Cannot take bath. They do not provide more than 1 ltr water in a day and charge 105 rupees for 1 ltr bottle and when asked why, the reason they gave was that we are 5-star hotel and hence the charges.

The stay was awesome, location was good, staff were also very good, quick in response and friendly. The food was a bit pricey.

Stay at hotel rawalkot was a very pleasant one. I would like to say it was a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay. From main gate keeper to housekeeping staff. Each and every hotel staff was also excellent. I wish stay again in this hotel.

familyConvenient location near the highway, quiet area. Well laid out properly. Staff were prompt, cheerful and helpful. Better variety in food options would be appreciated. The dining room was under renovation. Did not use the gym or the pool. The room appliances are dated and needs to be updated. Parking area and approach road to the hotel requires work.
