The stay was good only thing is that in the room washrooms are not on floor level and are on a higher level which is not continent for older people.

The hotel front desk staff was very helpful. Staffs are excellent and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was complimentary with the stay and was awesome with good options. Overall good experience.

Hotel location is good with neat & clean rooms, service is also good. Although we stayed for one night only, we found staff is co-operative. If next time we have opportunity to stay in south mumbai, we will prefer this hotel regal palace near churni road station.

The hotel is located at the centre point, all the places are easily accessible from hotel location. Hotel staff were very humble and soft spoken. Breakfast served was awesome, food were fresh and have verities of options. Overall it was a great stay. Only suggestion is that hotel need to look after cleanliness and they need to do pest control.

It was great in terms of cleaning in room/hotel and a very helpful reception person and staff. Number of variety items for complementary breakfast. They have a separate store where a person can keep luggage after check out and can collect later without extra charges. I will surely suggest this hotel, looking at the reasonable charges against there excellent service and location in south mumbai where family can visit nearby chaupati, beach.
