I recently stayed at Hotel Regency Square in Gwalior and had a great experience. The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. While some areas might need improvement, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.

excellent stay at Regency swueare
We stopped for just one night at the Hotel Regency Square in Gwalior and it was exactly what we needed. For a single-day trip, the staff were superb—checking the two of us in and out lightning fast. Everyone we met was polite and genuinely helpful. Our room was spacious The queen bed was big enough , cozy and comfortable and the matress was comfortable The only small problem was that the complimentary water jug was empty and no hot water is there But overall, for comfort and service in Gwalior, it’s decent I would recommend it if your stay is short

A decent stay for your volida
The Hotel was good and room was clean , The front desk was a bit unprofessional...The Location was very good as it is surrounded by all the tourist and major attractions...The railway station is just a few walking distance away... Airport was few kilometres away and mall was just next to the hotel ... Location is superb ...Room was clean but the toilets are not up to the mark ... Otherwise everything was okay...

The Hotel front desk was very humble, And the check in was very fast just 5 mins for check-in... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and cozy ... But the cleanliness of bathroom was not up to the mark it was okay okay ... And the location was superb as it is near the gwalior railway station malls forts parks and all so the location is definitely bestest for any one travelling out to gwalior...They also offer a two way complimentary railway station transfer... That's really great , One thing i found good like experience was very smooth like I just took 5 mins to check in and just 2 mins to check out ... It's really great for someone who is just tired and don't have a mood for the typical 15-20 mins check in time... For me it was a great experience heree..

Average arrangements. Intercom not working, insects in the room as grass lawn is outside. Staff is friendly, food is ok. overall room is clean.

Amenities are a joke
The management of the hotel has truly given up. The room i actually booked had black mould in it and smelled really bad , so had to switch to different room which was still unclean but still bearable. Then there was no hot water (even though it is mentioned as an amenity), they said it is centralised and is only turned on in winters. I was only staying the night and hot water is required for showering early morning. It took so much convincing for the guy to deliver half a bucket of hot water just to ensure my elderly father could take a bath. The booking also promised a railway station drop off and pickup and even though I had informed beforehand they could not arrange it citing car is there but driver is not available. The food quality was ok perhaps the only good part , even there the promise for 24/7 room service is misleading. The hotel owner has clearly given up, lower managers even if they want to provide services had their hands tied. Really a bad experience.

Nice hotel located near Gwalior bus stand. Staff are good in nature and room are available at reasonable rate.

Actually it was a marriage garden please do not book for family trip service is very poor rooms is very old pattern food is very costly

Not good
Swimming was not good very dirty no any fecelty not happy very expensive food no work TV and no phone nothing everything so I m not happy.

Poor Stay
In emergency i had to look for a room, no doubt i got the room in a very smooth manner but my stay was not that pleasant, the room was dirty. I had to ask for cleaning it. Furniture was in bad condition, the service was good though still they have improve a lot for comfortable stay.

Excellent Stay
If you're judging this hotel as per review don't stay in misunderstanding it's a very nice hotel. Hotel is very clean and the environment is also very quiet. Behaviour of staff is also very good.

Good Stay
I got entry to the hotel easily. There was no problem in finding a hotel located at a convenient location. But i had guests who came to meet me at the hotel and asked for water but the hotel did not provide water.

Excellent Stay

Property was average ac were too old, not dental kit, no hot water geyser, no tea coffee kit, staff was very supportive.

Solo stay!
I had a fantastic stay at hotel regency square. Everything was incredibly comfortable, and the services were impressively quick and efficient. The staff was well-mannered and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
