Booked this hotel after searching and visiting 4-5 hotels in the Latur city. Room rent in these 4-5 hotels were around and above for single person. However got same kind of room in this hotel at just. I’m really surprised about reviews written here about this hotel, here you get room at which is centrally located and having clean and decent rooms with all basic facilities like hot, cold water, intercom, telephone facility, cable television, room service, ample parking. You can not expect 3 star hotel service. Here is my reviews about this hotel. A very good hotel to stay at affordable price. Atmosphere and Surrounding is pleasant and cool. Hotel is located just opposite to park and small lake in the city. Hotel is clean and I like most is it is central location. It is located in the heart of the Latur city hence easy to access. Facilities are good. Staff was less however behavior of staff and owner was very nice. Rooms are clean. Service needs to be improved. Would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms don't have any proper facilities and this hotel doesn't have a kitchen. So you have to order from outside. The hotel is nearby the main road so you have to bear the noise of vehicles all day

Nice hotel to stay in affordable rates.

Room was at very good place close to main road,bus stand and market too. I didn't ask for food so not sure about food quality.

Stay was Average. Not extraordinary or not bad even. Room service was good. Mangers is cooperative.
Room service was good. Manager himself serving everything. No staff. While check in some issues are there. Once manager came in picture he resolve everything.

1) no western commode. 2) no geyser there need to use bucket heater which very time consuming. 3) person at reception has no idea about the our booking, he has to struggle for 30min. 4) in the morning asked for get auto he denied that saying that you and get it yourself. 5) not worth paying so much amt

Stay had been peaceful except for a few moments when the cleaning boy kept disturbing at midnight searching for someone's lost belongings. Blankets were provided late at midnight and had to be requested. Hassle free otherwise.

There entire 2 nd floor is on to renovation and full of dust and mud in room. Staff are not available on counter. Telecom not working you have to go down 2 floor to ask for some thing. They don't have a basic medicine box.

Very bad stay, no cleanliness, dirty rooms, under construction rooms and lots of civil works going on, no water. Have checked in and checked out within 15 mins. Completely loss of money
