Hotel was very good. Staff was also helpful. Just a problem that there was no car parking space. You should park your car at the roadside of the hotel. It was trouble to park at midnight after the shops closed. And in my preference and view i will be more comfortable if a young teenage in the reception.

Neat and clean room, services and facilities are good, prices are affordable but didn't like the behavior of the staff except female staff. You mentioned in your app that there is a parking facility, but actually there is no parking facility there. Overall is good.

"my stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains on the sheets and dust in corners. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when approached with concerns. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to others. Not interested

Horrible experience, not a helpful l staff, i think they are well educatedly trained in hotel management. Even they are not providing basic complimentary water bottle.
