Smelling issue in room and washroom. .

I have fessing room diffrent type of smelling and washroom also same after room changing also same problem

The hotel is 30 kms away from city & in isolated area middle of forest. Horrible area don't know why & for what purpose its built. The staff are very rude & unprofessional, since we check in evening & its was dark still they denied us room because it's was occupied by marriage party. After showing the booking invoice anyhow they provided room. Since we booked with dinner & breakfast they only provided one item both times. In short i can describe it as a nightmare. It was mid of jean & severe cold they didn't provide a place to driver in night, so he suffered from severe cough & cold.
