Excellent food arrangement was made. Staff conduct is also up to par. Cleaning was the only problem. Not all of the pillows and bed linens were washed properly . Additionally, outdated air conditioners that were subpar were installed.

It is in good location, nice staff, room size is decent. I also like getting early check in when it's required.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel, just like i had before. The room was clean with good wifi facility that helped in my work. The staff is very cordial and prompt in their service. I would recommend the hotel to anyone coming to bhubaneswar looking for a hotel stay

It's my common experience that when I book through make my trip I get bad room in starting and after that when I book through from same hotel next day at reception I get good room. Hotel richi residency is located inside the road , the main road is not very far, security wise no issue. Overall service very slow , no hot water in rooms, kitchen service very slow u have to order food 45 mins before u eat then u get it on time. Sagrika the lady at reception is the best person to handle your each and every issue, thanks to her🙏🏻 Food quality is ok no dish is up to the mark if u compare to Pune, Mumbai.

Very poor hotel as per pricing. Ac not working between 9:20 pm to 11:30 pm. 12:40am to 13:50 am. 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Rooms are not up to the expectation. Complimentary breakfast not good. Wifi connection not available.

Rooms are big but service was pathetic. Spider & cockroach in the washroom. Less item in complementary breakfast.
