We stayed at hotel rick y international by sahibs hotels while travel-ling to amritsar and thought it was excellent. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds. The lobby is also very impressive. For breakfast the restaurant was great and we especially appreciated our server kamal. Who went out of his way to put together different indian breakfast options for us to try so that we could enjoz and experience the local cuisine. There staff also explained us various ways to explore amritsar and the hidden gems so you don't need a local guide if you're staying there

Food taste was very delicious and they won my heart with it. Lovely delicious and tasty fooding of the hotel, also, it was very close to the golden temple and all location like border etc. High appreciated hotel

Recommended hotel one hundred percent

Overall my best experience in any three star hotel, usually i stay only in five stars but once i saw there pictures, they were good and as was the hotel in reality, it has been recently renovated and everything was brand new. Even there staff was warm and efficient.

The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Spoke with the staff and they said that all rooms were recently renovated with new design. Ac was good and they have smart tv which worked with hotel wifi. The best part was hotel has safe car parking. Hotel is in the middle of the city to go around anywhere.

1. Washroom was not clean. Even after repetitive requests. 2. Power backup not working. On august 11, 2024 since 5 am until now, we are having no power at the hotel. 3. Despite requesting the hotel owner (sahibs) and care taker, no resolution.

Hotel staff was not professional they gave us two different type of room one is deluxe as per booking but other one is normal room no cleaning at all, we have fought for clean and deluxe room but they clearly refused to give any other room and we ask for refund they said we are not responsible. Room having lizard, there are lots of dust, bed sheets and pillow are not clean and phone was not working. It is bad. Will not recommend same hotel to any other.

It was smelling really bad and moreover the sheets were not washed. The washroom where not clean and really old. I do not recommend this place.
