We stayed at hotel rifaya between 13th and 14th aug 2024. We had occupied two rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean which made our stay even more comfortable.

Have booked 2 family rooms, rooms are spacious, clean and good, restroom are very spacious and clean, good parking space and lifts. Excellent and comfortable stay. Very happy.

I have booked 3 bed delux room. Bed are comfortable but room is small. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is also good. Perfect stay for a family. But hotel does not have the restaurant. But hotel staff is helpful to order the food from other restaurant and they are having dinning hall. So i have not faced any problem for that. Hotel staffs are good and polite and eager to help.

My partner and i recently enjoyed a two-day stay at this hotel, and we found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. However, we were disappointed to find that there was no fridge or snacks available in the room, which would have been convenient for a quick bite or storing beverages. Nevertheless, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and attending to our needs promptly. Additionally, the parking facilities were convenient and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for guests with vehicles. In summary, while the lack of in-room amenities was a minor drawback, the spaciousness of the rooms, helpfulness of the staff, and quality of the parking facilities made our stay enjoyable overall.

I found this hotel through this app. Hotel is very clean and good service by the staffs. This hotel is the best hotel i stayed in this trip. I went to few places like coimbatore, madurai, rameswaram, but in the same budget i found the better place to stay.

Underground parking is fantastic. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was spacious. The place is very close to the market so mid day traffic is a nightmare but otherwise absolutely brilliant.

Nice big room with vanity kit provided. Helpful staff and hassle free check in and check out process. Basement parking available. Will prefer the same hotel on my next visit. Hope they are able to maintain the property for years to come.
