the stay was really good. the hotel had a nice ambience and the rooms were spacious and neatly arranged. as the hotel is situated in the town, the availability of shops (clothing stores, hotels, handcrafts, coolbar, bakery, etc.) is a great advantage for the people. the room service was really good, also the behaviour of the staff. tourist places like pookode lake and en ooru is nearby the hotel which makes a great advantage for the travellers. we don't regret even a little bit booking a room in rinald castle. it was a great experience. for couples as well as for family trips, it is cent percent okay to book a room in rinald castle!!! thank you ☺️

location:- very close to Pakkode lake, on main road Vythiri, all major tourist attractions are in near by vicinity property condition:- very well maintained, starting from entrance, reception, dining hall, rooms, washroom, all things are well maintained, hot water facility available 24×7. dedicated parking facility available Staff:- staff is very cooperative, polite, they provide their best, special thanks to Mr. Raseed.

They have good rooms and they provide essential items kit (include soap, paste, shampoo and for deluxe rooms - they provide making kit too. Their customer service is also excellent, the front desk executive lady was very helpful and replied to all queries with great smile and manner.

It was wonderful and peaceful stay at rind castle and food was also good, staffs are very helpful, ample of parking space, nearby to other shops as well.

Hotel maintained properly keeping cleanlyness and safety in mind. Rooms are as shown in the picture respective to the room you book for. Staff's hospitality is excellent. It's on the highway, near market place. Value for money.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only. The hotel was neat and clean. Staff was also very friendly. They have guided us to visit near by places and also helped to prepare next day site seeing plan. Our room was in 2nd floor and it was very good. Only one negative point I noticed that room was bit congested. Near by hotel we can find easily veg and non veg restaurants. Everything was good. Rooms were excellent and the beds were comfortable. Hot water was not coming properly at any time. Not much variety in the breakfast but food taste was good. Breakfast timings can be little bit earlier ( it was served at 8:30 am and we were late to the tourist places and it became crowded. Dinner was arranged from outside but delivery was quick and plates were provided on request. Rooms not cleaned on daily basis unless asked for

Everything is good , neat and tidy.hot water available, have a hall and a small kitchen as extra other than bedroom and toilet i would recommend it.

Stay at rinad castle is good overall. Rooms are little congested and its location is in main market so we will not get views from room.

Alleyway was very noisy sometimes which disturbed sleep. Window of our room don't have any lashing arrangements which can be opened by anyone form alleyway

The Hotel was neat and clean, parking available. The breakfast quality was good, service good. We book two-room but out of that one was not the same which is booked. That is the only issue faced apart from that everything was up to the mark.
