My stay was good, staff are very polite and helpful, bathroom is nee t and clean, good for stay with family safe and secure hotel. Hotel is at prime location, ghats and corporate office are nearby to hotel.

Rooms are clean and hygienic, i gotten all the services as per commented on the portal, the staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is in the main city in varanasi, and very close to all temples and corporate places.

Good rooms but need to improve. Need food facilities as there are less hotels with minimum option so need a restaurant.

The first time i felt really disappointed with the service and room, when i visited the hotel, the reception guy gave me a dusty room and window without a door.
