Didn’t provide any amenities or toiletries charged extra for water too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Rooms are not so spacious but good enough if you plan to stay for a night or not with kids . Location is gr8 and it was a Smooth check in and more importantly they had a big capacity geyser so no issues with hot water which is you badly need in Belgaum because of the cold climate.. The rooms and bathrooms were clean..

It was disappointed with the overall experience. The room rent does not reflect the value provided — the room size was significantly smaller than expected, and the lack of an in-house restaurant meant that food was not available during our stay. These factors made the booking unsuitable for corporate purposes. Improvements in facilities and clearer communication about available amenities would be appreciated.

The hotel is good, well maintained, hygenic, located in a safe clean area. However they are stingy on the amenities they provide( tea, coffee,water bottle,soap) which they have to provide everyday and have to be reminded about the same time and again. Overall a good hotel.

Nothing special treatment. There was no restaurant in this lodge. All out side food. Price very high including room rent. But other than staffs behavior and housekeeping very nice. Atmosphere very neat and clean

Not worth the price they charge
The room we got was too small and congested for 3 people. And it was not worth the price we paid.

Terrible Stay
It was a very terrible experience, rooms are not like that, rude behaviour of lady receptionists, there is no hot water in the ac superior room. Overall very third class experience. Mmt took rs 3263 and in reality the room was only rs 2200 only. It was totally fro d with me. Condition of ac superior room, room number 312 of rk renaissance

Excellent comfortable stay
I highly recommend this hotel for stay i am a regular business traveler and have stayed in multiple hotel from old to new in nearby locations but found this hotel very good in terms of room cleanliness, very clean bathrooms, room service and the staff are also very accommodating
