The support from the Rajesh Kumarmji owner at the hotel was very good. The hotel room and bathroom were clean. I liked the hotel. I give this hotel a very good rating.

The hotel pictures on the website was not anything close to the hotel pictures The towel rack was hanging loose and the flush didn't work We were on the top floor which didn't have a lift There is no geyser and they give you an immersion rod which is a safety hazard especially if you have young kids We didn't have a tv in the room The hotel is very hard to find and is in a narrow filthy lane The only grace are the owner and his son who are very courteous and friendly He eventually shifted us to a room on the ground floor when it got vacated which helped my 86 year old uncle You can easily find better hotels in the money we paid .

Good stay with comfortable bed at the price but if you can afford to pay 100 or 200 more you will get a room on main road which is easy to get autos or cab

No food provided hotel ,had no common fridge , very terrible location ALSO THE HOTEL HAS NO PARKING

we reached destination at around 11.30 PM. ...it is around 500 m from railway station inside galli ..Paharganj side...room was value for money...pros:1.good staff 2.value for money Cons:1.AC will be shut down in morning around 6-6:30 for 2 hr and in evening also.. control with hotel staff Good for value..but AC will be off in morning and evening 2hr each

Overall I had a great excellent experience I stay with my family whatever we travel they have transportation arrangement.. Highly recommended Hotel Roomavilla

They have provided rooms on the 4th floor and no lift facility. Staircases are very stiff and they have not provided the rooms as per the booking

Hotal cleaning is very good, Room quality is very good. Bathroom and drinking water is average,staff behave is good But the main issue is that room ac is not working at all, it's was like only cooler or fan.Should be manage better.
