Excellent experience regarding the family trip and stay here and reception and service boys are good and prompt and food is good as per options and clean and room view is awesome and room heater and geyser and mattress heater was there for comfort and wifi working and location wise good

Nice experience and good service and room with heater and geyser and mattress heater. Nice view from room. Location wise good. Basic amenities are ok and service is good.

Hello friends, I was stay there with my family during Amarnath yatra. Very quiet place too much cooperative staff,excellent breakfast. I suggest nice stay near helipad

Great pleace to say! beautiful view from room! the best part is they upgraded us to suite room instead of the delux we booked! one of the best properties ever stayed in! staff was very helpful

Nicely maintained property in such inadequate environment. Breakfast is limited & few options. If hotel is full then only they arrange breakfast. Otherwise we have to order for food as per availability. However be aware of sight seeing scams around. They charge you very heavily.

Smart tv is available in each room however no connection in any. Manager said you can only see youtube or log-in yourself any app that you have subscription off. Paying 5k per night for no tv facility not acceptable as a customer. Food was not upto the mark specially chicken dish. Hi i want to add more to feedback

Location is ok, approch is uncomfortable, smell of hoarse dung is every where, food is basic but good edibale, services are not bad

I booked hotel roof top on 28th july, but as the climate was too hot, i requested them for one fan, but they denied to arrange fan for us & the room was also suffocated. So i then & then checkout on same day & booked another hotel with fan facility. Can i get my money refund?
