Lovely hotel with courteous staff and big rooms. Located at rajbagh and close to lal chowk. Food quality is also good. Local transport easily available at hotel reception

Good place to stay for family

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The room was nice and clean and there was hot water available. Hotel is a bit inside in an alley so we had some difficulty in locating the hotel. Hotel should put one sign on the alley's entrance so that it will be easy to find. I stayed with my family for 3 nights at this hotel.

Best part of hotel. 1. Very good air-conditioning with good heating in winter season. Not like conventional heater where you suffocate. 5 star to the property for maintaining the electricity and air-conditioning heating. 2. Best hospitality, front desk all employee are star of property (night and day) 3. Best room service specially our experience with night shift guy he is so quick and friendly.

All top notch. Everything was well organised. In-spite of winter, the temperature was wisely controlled. The heaters worked fine. The food was delicious all the time.

Clean, newly built, organised, good arrangement, spacious and good facilities.
Hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure. It's not an old hotel so seems like a new hotel and have a swimming pool. Water in swimming pool was not clean. Room service is bit slow but they help you for sure.

The hotel looked like a 4 star property .. Rooms were too good .. V booked honey moon suite which was looking fabulous .. And v just checked other category rooms .. The standard itself was looking like executive rooms .. Very well maintained and the hotel was very warm and v didn't feel cold inside. V had an issue with the shower in the Bath tub and v were given change of room immediately on request to the manager Mr Arshad .. He was very helpful. His contact No. 09906697520. He s such a nice guy.

We stayed there for one night, pleasant stay, clean rooms, we didn’t had any food there so can’t comment on that
