The hotel stay was excellent, the morning breakfast is very suitable for us in the hotel. Everything is good but the checkout time is horrible for us, the billing delay and no one carry our bags in the car.

हम दिल्ली से चलकर कानपुर पहुंचे, गर्मी बहुत थी मगर रोजवुड पहुंचते ही स्टाफ के वैलकम से अच्छा लगा और कमरे में पहुंचते ही गर्मी भी खतम । कुछ स्नैक्स आर्डर किये जिसने रात का मजा दुगना कर दिया उसके बाद स्वादिष्ट भोजन, *वाह* होटल ने अगले दिन अच्छा नाश्ता सर्व किया, रेस्टोरेंट कैप्टन गरिमा और हैल्पिंग स्टाफ खुश होकर सेवा कर रहे थे जितने पैसे खर्च किए उसका अच्छी सेवा प्राप्त हुई

The staff is very active and considering, i called housekeeping they came in under 5 minutes. The food was delicious and i would have missed breakfast but they called me and sent it to my room according to my preference.
