Hotel is very good. Room if you get at a cheaper rate otherwise waste of your money and food is not good but service is good. Happy with Roshan Haveli with the amount I paid. book through MakeMyTrip only.

I wanted to change the hotel within 2 days of my booking as I was told that the hotel is not good. I was told that Rs. 700/- per ticket would be deducted if I cancel hotel booking even though I wanted to only change the hotel. Hence I was forced not to make a change. Due to my bad experience, I doubt if I will use Makemytrip in future.

Hotel was very bad, rooms were smelling and furniture in rooms is very old and no set top box was there for tv. Bathrooms very dirty. We selected room with breakfast but in breakfast they provided only aalu pratha (which contains aata only) and tea and that also in limited quantity. Overall very bad experience, will not recommend to stay in it.

Horrible rooms and quite unsafe

We were provided 2 rooms out of which one was smelling so bad that we couldn't even stand for a min and the management refused to provide us with other room without any explanation. The other room which was provided was not cleaned at all it was so bad that even dumpster will look better in front of it. The hotel management refused to get it cleaned. The other issues with the room was that there was no water in the bathroom imagine you wake up and there is no water in the bathroom. It was horrible and the management didn't even bother to reply when we complained about it, 4 of us had to stay in one room and we couldn't even change the room as it was quite late the place is in outskirts of city. We had a terrible experience with the hotel and the management and the biggest issue was that we couldn't even cancel the booking as it was non refundable.
