rest of the things are good but sfaff is not helpful they are doing work like over smartness

The bathroom was very clean and the room was also alright. It's Just that there was no hook for hanging my clothes. Rest the stay was good... Food can be better.

I stayed here with family during Durga Puja in 2025. The stay was good, staffs are good behavioural and active. Food was also good. I have only complain about room size and bed size is not upto the mark. AC is working but little bit making noise and need maintenance. Overall good, 3 out of 5.

My stay was really very nice. Clean rooms and very Friendly+cooperative+very cheerful staff made my stay really comfortable.

Stayed for 1 night. The room accordingly to the rate was fine. But 1 problem i encountered that i saw a mouse running inside my room.but the staff was helpful and he came but it was nowhere to be found. I called up the manager for room change, his reaction to it was not that pleasing but anyhow, he changed room.

Review- property is not as fabulous as mentioned in site pictures, entry and lift very cozy. Just like normal oyo hotel. Food and location good. Restaurant is part of kitchen you got all smell and smoke from kitchen while taking meal.

location is very convenient, walking distance from Shealda railway station, environment was clean and fresh.Good option

Actually the hotel room looked good, ac was fine but I found a problem at 2 spots 1. Food is bad...even a simple tea tastes bad. 2. On tv only sports channels are available. Rest receptionist is polite and room service responds very swiftly.

rooms are clean and service personnel are attentive. Bed cover and pillow cover needs to be replaced with new

The hotel is located at a very convenient spot in town. Room was clean, and daily cleaning was not an issue at all. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very cooperative and are happy to answer any questions that you might have to the best of their ability. I travelled solo, but I would not stop myself from recommending it to couples. I don't know what their policy on unmarried couples staying is, that can be checked on the app. But married couples can opt for a stay here without qualms. Would definitely consider staying here again.

the only name is Royal of the hotel. The rest is "Chindi".. reception managers are running it like Dukaan. may be ok for cheap travelers but not value for money..

This place is good and all the facilities are excellent. The staff are very cooperative and the environment is very pleasant.
