The hotel was just an average. Tv not working. Cleanliness is pathetic. Dustbin is full of dirt and garbage. In short the hotel was not that good.

Lacking water source and food service
It should have a water source from where guests can pour water whenever and how much they want. Hotel should provide food service. I had to order food from outside. So it's hell of an Idea to be a good Hotel.

Dear sir. We are very sorry about the food issue as at this time of the year there is a shortage of the staff. But shall promise you a nice meal at Hotel itself after the month of july. Also there is no such an issue for water as we use an RO here. The packed mineral water is also available if you wish to go for it. All u have to do is just place an order. Thanks and do visit again.

Hotel is located near Raghunath temple in Jammu, 5 km from Jammu railway station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly.

If you book an non AC room you shall get the same. The size of each room here is 300 sq ft s. So a window pane of 15 feets is available here with an attached balcony.
