Worst Experience Ever Had With this Hotel Don’t Book Hotel Rooms are Dirty and Behaviour of management is Terrible

The pillows were black in color, the sheets had stains, molds all over the room, cupboards were horrible molds all over, they didn't even care to clean. Most unhygienic and dirtiest hotel i have ever come across. You should visit the hotel before listing in your portal.

it was a really bad experience to stay in this Hotel Royal Enclave.....insects, Cockroaches, toilets were in very bad condition and not cleaned as well and the same wardrobe in bad condition.

The room was good, but it wasn't properly swept, and the bed wasn't clean either—stains were clearly visible. The bathroom wasn't clean as well. Cockroaches were seen in both the room and the bathroom. The AC also didn't work properly a couple of times. But overall, if these small issues are ignored, the experience was good.

This property between garage so no any parking or no any security for vehicle. rooms are very horrible no any cleanness in bathroom and bed staff r very helpless.

Poor stay and not worth as there was tiles cracked in bathroom and washbasin has very bad maintenance. And specially on linens i could see hairs while checking in and drawers, wardrobe shall maintain ,as per negligence it was very dirty

hotel room is not clean..bed sheet is very bed . cockroach 🪳 is to many in room and bathroom.not yet bath towel provided at check in room by 8.45 pm .no charging point near bed or near any ..no glass in room...

This property is not for family. Hot water not available. Bed was dirty. Property is disgusting.

Ac didn't work and was dirty. There were cockroaches everywhere, floor walls ceilings doors. Water bottle given was not sealed. Bad experience

The service of the hotel is good. But the rooms are bad. Tv in the room is off and basin tap is broken bed sheet is bad. There is absolutely no facility for food and breakfast.

First room they opened had many cockroachs in them so they took me another room that had few cockroachs. The toilets were extremely dirty and broken fittings. Dirty bedsheets and almost shredded towels.

Dear management, i recently stayed at hotel royal enclave and wanted to share my feedback: room condition: the room was not well-maintained. Service: i experienced slow response times and unhelpful staff. Amenities: some amenities listed were missing or in poor condition. Bathroom condition was very poor overall, my experience was disappointing. I hope you can address these issues to improve future guest satisfaction. Best regards,

It was fine for a short stay staffs are friendly but room was rather suffocating as there was weird smell

Stingy room, unckeanrd bed linens, water flowing entire room from ac whole night. Pathetic service. After requestingvto change the room also nobody bothered to do so.
