Clean rooms, load-shedding maybe an issue, but generator support was there. Need better wifi network, otherwise all good.

I had worst experience here. Room was so so dirty, looked they ever washed to changed it. Everything in the room was broke. Staff was also rude. No keys, no water for drinking they had.

There was no light in the washroom, no towel was provided, no toilet paper, leakage issue was also there. They have distributed us at 11pm because i have raised the complaint for the same and we were asked to leave the hotel at that time if we won't take the complaint back. It was the worst experience ever.

very bad hotel royal galaxy there was no occupancy in booked hotel even after complete advance payment Even though no one was there to attend the family.After one &half hour of discussion we were sifted to next hotel in our expenses by auto.

I had stayed with family & we felt so unsafe in this hotel. It was a nightmare for us. Mmt had mentioned that unmarried couple not allowed but i have seen so many. It was mentioned that alcohol not allowed but people were drinking. Towels were dirty, seems that someone wiped the floor with it. Same with pillows cover that never ever washed. Wifi was not working. Floors were so dirty. Staff was unprofessional, they were seating in bermuda at reception area when i came back to hotel at 11pm. Seems no quality checks from mmt. Mmt is losing credibility due to such hotels
