It was great & memorable stay in royal heritage. Staff was very polite & supportive. They gave us upgraded room. & room was very specious, neat & clean. The food was good. Highly recommended for nice stay in srinagar.

Hotel staffs are very warm welcoming, very spacious rooms with proper facilities, little of the road but one can connect very easily.

Location is good. Room maintanance and support is excellent. The most important thing is " you feel at home " with an excellent team of service staff, particularly in restaurant and front office. Thanks for the great job.

Staff was polite and room service was good. Suit room is very big and can stay 4 people easily. Breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing and they gave 30% discount on buffets price as it was not included in my booking. Overall stay was pleasant and recommended for stay.

Hotel staffs are so patient and they give a very good service. They even upgraded my room to a suite room. Both dinner and breakfast was very good. The only drawback that i could find is that their wifi is a bit slow. Rest all are very good i would definitely recommend this hotel
