The room is average. Bathroom is average.. The room and hotel is not as per charges. in MMT photo it was showing better. hotel toiletries were shown but in real just 1 soap and 1 shampoo pouch id 2rs provided . Towel are old

Property location is good, but no parking available. Rooms are ok, but not properly ventilated. Door lock was not working properly for one of the rooms.

The hotel has a decent bldg and nice rooms. there is a geyser in the delux room and it works whenever you want. toilet is clean. there is a table to put your suitcase and a cabinet with hangers to hang your clothes. did not have food there. location is near Bikaner Railway junction. road out side the hotel is broken into bumps and dents. Bed mattress is very harsh wardrobe note available for luggage and clothes hanger Restorent Food Quality is very poor so As per Room Charge Service is note Good

Hotel has a good location and near to Bikaner railway station. Food is good. Restaurant Interior and arrangement looks very good and comfortable. Rooms Interior is pleasant.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The entire property is clean and well kept the service is excellent. Food and service at the restaurant is very good. We would suggest to improve quality of toiletries and facility for parking to get the property in the top notch. The staff can be given a nice uniform too. Overall a very good place to stay for a family.

Property location is less than 1 km from railway station. Clean room and toilets. staff behavior was very polite. food quality was also very good. It has a roof top beautiful restaurant form where you can see the city view. If you are going to explore Bikaner along with family and friends you must stay in this hotel.
