We had booked for a superior room, however on our request, they gave us an upgraded room with a Fort view balcony. Without any extra charge. Loved the great customer service. Breakfast spread was limited, however quality was good, service was prompt. Had an easy hassle free check-in, checkout. Overall a very good experience. Staff was efficient. Food was good too.
