Hotel location and ambiance are great. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Service and security staff are very cooperative and well trained. Food is tasty and hygienic. Recommend for family and kids.

When we reached at the facility and they said we just have a booking for the two persons. But we booked and paid for the three persons. I showed them our booking confirmation but he was not agreed on that

This is an excellent property and very close to airport. The staff is very helpful and excellent hospitality. The food is also very good and delicious. Would highly recommend the property when staying in leh.

Very good ambiance, clean & maintain properly. Staff are also helpful we enjoyed the stay, it's suggested that if the hotel management offers local food dish

The ambience of the hotel is very good. The service provided by the staff is nice. Restaurant provides food of high quality and many options are available. Front desk people are very helpful. If we again got o leh, we would prefer to stay in royal ladakh only.

Excellent views in all 360 degrees from the terrace and even nice views from the rooms too. Great food, very courteous staff, hot water 24 hours and room heaters too, which is not there in many hotels in leh.

The location is convenient as it is near to the Airport. The room was comfortable and the washroom was hygienic. The Hotel is safe and secured. The Hotel is safe and secured. I had food in the Hotel which was good. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a nice trip.

It's situated a km or so away from the main market. However, the views are excellent as it's at a elevated level. Rooms, which are newly constructed, are very good. Food is basic.

Overall it good property, excellent service but approach road is in very bad shape, difficult to reach even via Google maps. Otherwise it is in the center of the city, 10 minutes drive from main market. Food is good. Dinner is good at reasonable price.

Nice stay in Royal Ladakh, approach is not very good, but Hotel is very good, neat clean. Wifi is hardly available. Food taste can be improved
