Hotel is good room is good but one thing i don't like is there is only two staff there and there is no geyser in room and otherwise room is good service is good and in morning they don't give breakfast very early i want early that's why overall hotel is good

Hotel location is good but it has no lift and its at 2nd floor which makes it difficult with luggage.

The room's & restroom was not clean. The breakfast given was very bad, they bought it some push cart vendor & gave it was very unhygienic. Everyday the same food *poha* they gave in carry bag. It was a very bad experience.

Once i reached the hotel to do check in. Reciptionist didn't receive me, he sent me to another near hotel in the beside building to get a room there instead i was disappointed with that. Room was not cleaned well water in bathroom was leaking

How do i start with. Upon reaching the hotel i came to know that the geyser is not working so every day for hot water i always used to ask the hotel manager for providing a bucket of hot water. Bedsheet and pillows covers were changed after a week. .

The hotel was not at all as shown in the pictures. The washroom was not clean there were so many used cigarettes. There was dampness or seelan on room walls.

I had booked room for 3 days. they didn't provide water bottle, toiletries, had marks on bedsheets. They randomly asked my to vacate the room without any reason. will not suggest you to stay here unless you don't get any hotel.

room had no window no fresh air ventilation, the place was very unhygienic, bedsheets and pillows were very dirty, on my last day hotel staff started some construction work in front of my room and that too early in the morning that didn’t let me sleep! Hotel staff made too much noise in lobby, played music on speaker
