We celebrated our Daughter's Birthday at Rooftop restaurant, Stay/food/Hospitality/staff behaviour, location most Nearest from jaipur airport, very good for morning flight people, most appreciative thing is the all staff will welcomes you with Namaskar 🙏 with a smiley😊 fase, overall 5/5 star for all the things, Thank you Royal ocean team, specially to Mr. Deshraj for make our family stay wonderful

Good rooms with nice facilities we had a good time in this hotel. Nearest to the airport terminal 2. Quick check in at reception. Very good hospitality.

Was a nice stay rooms are spacious housekeeping will be @ your service just a call no restrictions for extra water bottles if you ask for 2 water bottles they will send 4 bottles and ask you even you required more

The hotel is fine but the facilities were not good like no warm water at 5 am for bathing, dirty bed sheets, slow response to the orders from phone.

Bad experience, poor food service, only paneer provided in sizzlers, no potato fries, no noddles, no rice, while it was written in menu. Shower not working, bucket not provided inspite of multiple ask. No complimentary water. Price not worth.

Booked this hotel for a night stay durin business travel. As my flight getting delayed so i ordered food from near by resturant and asked swiggy person to keep on reception so i will pick when i reach late night. The reception person talked so badly and dis respectfully and not allowed to keep my food even after my request. Told me that outside food not allowed as they also have resturant. I said i am not aware and not sure when i wi reach please keep this and he didn't agreed and food was thrown or taken back. At the end when i reach and discussed with their gm, he told me that they will arrange food. They served me rice and dal as per my request and next morning charged me with 429 rs. The receptionist was rude and not having any respect to person and food. Staff rating is 1 out of 5 and this 1 is only for gm who talked to me politely. Food too o too costly and looting. 245 rs for dal fry. Too costly as per hotel standard.
