Room was quite big, newly remodeled, so it was clean. Have a scary lift, the room was on the third floor, the lift works only till the 2nd floor, i don't know the reasons, no other services available. I felt rates are high, the hotel team doesn't answer phone calls.

Good hotel with poor maintenance. Very spacious. Room ok. Bathroom require replacement of sanitary materials. Towels are worn out. No parking.

I stayed in this Hotel for two days. The people are polite. The Hotel is at a walkable distance from both bus stand and railway Station of Tanuku. The only problem I faced is that the Hotel room and lobby area is with full of smoking smell. I think the Hotel management should avoid allowing occupants to smoke in the lobby area which spreads to all the rooms.

Rooms are spacious but bed mattress is very poor not upto the mark as per requirement. Bathroom is not upto the mark. No hot water, even though mentioned. Staff are good and helping nature.
